Trip back 

This was a long long day. The only reason we did this was to get the bus down to Perth for Monday morning.
The reason for that is because the bus has developed an alarming noise in the gearbox. This started over the last few hundred k's to Karratha. Last week we took the thing to a garage and they said it was about to pack up any moment.
The least affected gear was 4th so thats the gear we used all the way from Roebourne to Perth.
This morning (Monday) we were parked outside the Perth workshop that can repair the bugger.
Tired today so staying in a B&B at Armidale. Separate rooms for Ken & I, poor old Cyril is residing in the car we have borrowed off the workshop.
